Black Oak Leaf with Green Bead Ornament

Black oaks, seen throughout the valley, provided the staple food of the Native Americans who lived in Yosemite -- the acorn. This iridescent leaf is hand dipped in copper and features a green glass bead. Incredibly, the bead is hand painted on the inside with tiny delicate paint brushes.
