At Yosemite Gifts, we want every gift to bring joy — from the moment it’s chosen to the moment it’s unwrapped. If something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right.

💸 Refund Eligibility

We offer full or partial refunds under the following conditions:

  • Package Not Received:
    If your item does not arrive within the promised timeframe (up to 60 days), you can request a full refund after 14 days beyond the maximum delivery window.

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    If you receive a damaged, broken, or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Wrong Item Sent:
    If you receive an item that is significantly different from your order, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a full refund.

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • The item was delivered successfully, but you no longer want it (buyer’s remorse).

  • The delivery address provided was incorrect or incomplete.

  • The product was damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.
